Amber Bunch

With over 24 years of experience in real estate—first as an agent and now as a licensed broker—I’ve seen how vital education and preparation are to protecting homes in high fire-risk areas. Living in a designated fire severity zone myself, I’ve had multiple homes personally threatened by wildfire. That experience has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of defensible space, home hardening, and the real impact these measures can have.

I’m passionate about helping both homeowners and fellow real estate professionals navigate California’s evolving fire-hardening and defensible space disclosure requirements. I work closely with agents to help them understand CAL FIRE rules and confidently guide their clients through the process.

My goal is simple: to make fire safety compliance clear, approachable, and effective—so every homeowner and agent feels empowered to protect what matters most.
